Before we start designing, D&S have to understand the project site, the client and what the clients end result would ideally be

The beginning of the journey. D&S love to spend time thinking about the potential narrative of the space. A deep dive into material exploration, layouts of spaces and research. This is compiled into a document and presented to the client

After the client is on board with the concept direction, layouts, materials and research are compiled together to create 3D sketches of the spaces, along with coloured elevations, materials palette, decorative lighting direction and corresponding schedules.

Once the design is signed off on, documentation for builders begins. This becomes the package used on site during construction to direct the trades on all the details throughout the project to bring the vision to reality !

periodic meetings with builders & trades to make sure everything is going to plan and advise if we come across any hiccups
